They phoned him right after the show and booked him to appear again on Monday then denied they had booked him. He posted their text message to him saying they wanted to cancel the interview and he's going to post their answering machine message booking him tomorrow.

I grew tired of Clay Travis. He's a "shock" guy that will do whatever it takes for views/likes because those equal $.

The boobs comment was for that reason alone as it took away from his actual First Amendment argument which likely would have been a solid argument but we didn't get to hear it because he knew saying something like boobs would be more provacative.

Edited to add: I probably agree with Clay's point of view 85-90% of the time (at least I did a couple months ago when I quit following him). I just think his main priority is views and hits and that ends up molding his stance/argument to whatever it takes to get those (i.e., a little more extreme or outlandish) even though he chastises others for doing the same thing.

Admittedly that's every "reporter's" or "journalist's" priority right now. The compensation model for these guys demands it.
